PEAK SEASON :

    1. Rates for Family Studio Bali Dynasty Resort are valid until 31 March 2018.
    2. The rates are in IDR Currency net inclusive tax.
    3. Bali Dynasty Resort has determined that the official check in time is 14.00 pm, meanwhile the check out time is 12.00 pm.
    4. For any extension stay over than check out time, the hotel has the right to charge the additional fee for day use charge on spot. This charge will go direct to your personal account.
    5. Baby cot for children 0 – 2 years old is free of charge but it will be subject to availability bases.
    6. Free entrance to Kids Club for children age 4 – 12 years old. And also, free entrance for Teens Club for the children age 10 – 16 years old.
    7. For all guests will get free entrance for exercise room and hospitality lounge.
    8. No extra bed is allowed for this room category.
    9. When staying during high season or peak season the surcharge will be applied.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    The cancellation fee will be charged automatically when the cancellation is made within:
    Low Season:

    • 10 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • No show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.

    High Season:

    • 17 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • 3 days before arrival date up to no show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.

    Peak Season:

    • 35 days before arrival date will be charged one three (3) nights room charge.
    • 5 days before arrival date up to no show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.
