Quality service for booking of hotels, adventure, other activities and tours as stated on the website. Hotel rental rates quoted by Balistarisland.com is on per room and night basis. Reservation based on the package rate and strictly valid if you book directly to Balistarisland.com only.
Adventure, other activities and tours are on per person per service or based on the package rate and strictly valid if you book directly to Bali Star Island/PT. Be wish International Tour only.
Check-in time of the hotel is at 14:00, and check-out at noon.
Extra/additional bed is subject to per person, per day surcharge.
Breakfast (ABF/CBF) is for two persons in 1 (one) room. Based on per person or based on the package offered.
Late check-out or day use of your room is available until 18:00 hrs where the price is 50% off room rate or based on the confirmation made
If your hotel, adventure, other activities and tours are not on our site, please supply us with details of the reference and we can follow up for you.

Once you have confirmed our service, then please fill out the Reservations Form.
When completing the Reservation Form, please make sure that you have filled out the right booking form to avoid misunderstandings occurring. Therefore please note the following items as a part of our Reservation Form in detail:

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All rates on Balistarisland are quoted in US Dollars, however, in case of payment made by credit card directly on the spot, the local bank regulations will be definitely executed that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah Currency which is previously converted with the current exchange rates applied by Indonesian banks for selling US Dollars on day of debit.
You can settle the payment by USD CASH / Rp. CASH / Amex (+3%) / VISA (+3%) / Master (+3%) for the booking made on spot and do not valid for online booking
We do not receive cash in US Dollar currency with addition 1996 or before.

Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency received by Bali Star Island/PT. CANCELLATION and NO SHOW
Cancellation and No Show Policy are clearly mentioned on the below rate offered of each hotel. If neglecting this policy a cancellation fee will be charged based on the policy statement.
For non-hotel activities (Optional Tour, Adventure, Cruises, Spa, Rafting, Golf etc.) procedure.

AIRFARE and TRAVEL INSURANCE
Terms and Condition of Travel insurance
Bali Star Island/PT. Bewish International Tour currently does not provide International Airfares service from your country to Bali and vice versa Commonly all of the International Airfares including travelling within in Indonesia via Local Airfares are providing the insurance which covers you during your journey via airfare.
Customers of Bali Star Island/PT Bewish International Tour are insured against accidental death and disablement for an amount of up to USD 50.000. While using our services except activities offered by other companies which is an alliance with Bali Star Island/PT. Bewish International Tour is covered by other companies’ insurance based on the Insurance owned by the company accordingly. Bali Star Island/PT. Bewish International Tour will not cover any insurance if use the activities which do not alliance with us or direct booking to the company accordingly.
In some parts of activities, tours and adventures sold by Bali Star Island/PT Bewish International Tour will not be covered by the insurance due to limited insurance coverage area. Therefore we suggest you take your own insurance at your country to cover your journey

As we communicate mostly through email. Please make sure your email address is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

Bewish International Tour in cooperation with associated hotels, tours, adventures, spa, golf and other partner businesses act only as an agent for respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who provide accommodations, transportation, tours, adventures, spa, golf and other services. Under no circumstances shall Bali Star Island/PT. Bewish International Tour.
Bali Star Island/PT. Bewish International Tour will not be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however, caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of the rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay, substitution, rescheduling, overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Bali Star Island/PT.
