These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website Bali Star Island (https://www.balistarisland.com), operated under PT. Bewish International Tour (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

  2. Scope of Services
    Our services include, but are not limited to:
    • Hotel bookings and villa rentals
    • Tour packages and sightseeing activities
    • Cultural and adventure programs
    • Water sports and recreational activities
    • Transportation services (airport transfers, private charters, group buses, etc.)
    • Event organization and group travel services
    • Other related hospitality and travel arrangements across Bali and Indonesia
  3. Booking & Reservation Policy
    • Reservation Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing through our booking form, email, or official communication channels.
    • Deposit Requirement: Depending on the product, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount and deadline will be stated in the booking confirmation.
    • Final Payment: Full payment must be completed by the deadline stated in the booking confirmation or invoice. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation.
    • Special Requests: Requests such as dietary needs, room preferences, accessibility support, or additional services must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate, they remain subject to availability.
    • Eligibility: Bookings must be made by individuals aged 18 or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult during services.
  4. Method of Payment
    To provide flexibility, clients may choose from the following payment methods:
    1. Cash Payment
    o Only accepted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as per Bank Indonesia regulations.
    o Payments in foreign currencies cannot be accepted directly. Guests bringing foreign currency must exchange it at a licensed bank or official money changer before making payment.
    2. Credit Card Payment
    o We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express).
    o Payments made via credit card are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
    o Additional bank charges or credit card processing fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the client.
    3. Online Payment via DOKU Payment Gateway
    o For convenience and security, clients may complete transactions online through DOKU Payment Gateway, our official payment partner.
    o Accepted payment options within DOKU include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, virtual accounts, e-wallets, and other payment channels listed at checkout.
    o All online payments are encrypted and comply with the latest security standards.
  5. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
    • All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified.
    • Prices may include or exclude applicable government taxes, service charges, and entrance fees depending on the specific product description.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings with full or partial payment will not be affected.
    • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, additional requests, or services not included in the original booking.
  6. Cancellation Policy
    • By Client:
    Cancellation terms are product-specific and clearly stated either on each product/service page of our website or in the booking confirmation/invoice provided at the time of reservation. Clients are required to review and acknowledge the specific cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
    • By Company:
    In the unlikely event that we must cancel a service due to operational reasons, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control, we will provide either:
    o A full refund, or
    o An alternative service of equal value, subject to client’s acceptance.
    • Non-Refundable Services:
    Some services (e.g., promotional packages, airline tickets, event tickets, or services from third-party suppliers) may be strictly non-refundable. This will always be specified in the product description or confirmation.
  7. Changes & Amendments
    • By Client: Requests to change itineraries, dates, or services must be made in writing. Approval is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
    • By Company: We reserve the right to adjust itineraries for safety, weather, government regulations, or operational requirements. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.
  8. Client Responsibilities
    • Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates, insurance) are valid and comply with Indonesian regulations.
    • Follow local customs, traditions, and regulations while using our services.
    • Provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
  9. Travel Insurance
    We strongly recommend clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, cancellations, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks. The Company will not be liable for expenses that could reasonably have been covered by insurance.
  10. Liability & Limitation of Responsibility
    • The Company acts as an agent between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, attractions, etc.). We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third parties.
    • We are not responsible for losses, damages, delays, injuries, or irregularities caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
    • Participation in activities such as trekking, water sports, or adventure tours is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.
  11. Health & Safety
    • Some tours require a minimum level of physical fitness. Clients must disclose any health issues prior to booking.
    • The Company reserves the right to deny participation if the client’s condition poses risks to themselves or others.
  12. Privacy Policy
    • We collect personal data only for booking and service purposes.
    • Information may be shared with service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators) only as necessary to complete travel arrangements.
    • We will not disclose client data to third parties for marketing purposes without consent, except where required by law.
  13. Intellectual Property Rights
    All materials on balistarisland.com including text, photos, videos, graphics, and logos are the property of PT. Bewish International Tour and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the competent courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
  15. Force Majeure
    We are not liable for service failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
  16. Amendments to Terms
    The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
