    2. The rates are in IDR Currency net inclusive tax.
    3. Ramayana Resort and Spa has determined that the official check in time is 14.00 pm, while the check out time is 12.00 pm.
    4. For any extension stay over than check out time, the hotel has the right to charge the additional fee for day use charge on spot. This charge will go direct to your personal account.
    5. The resort will add the surcharge on room rate when staying during high season or peak season.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    The cancellation fee will be charged automatically when the cancellation is made within:
    Low Season:

    • 5 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • No show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.

    High and Peak Season:

    • 21 days before arrival date up to no show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.
