    1. Rates for Premium Deluxe Room Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana are valid until 31 March 2018.
    2. The rates are in IDR Currency net inclusive tax.
    3. Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana has determined that the official check in time is 14.00 pm, meanwhile the check out time is 12.00 pm.
    4. For any extension stay over than check out time will be charged the additional fee for day use charge on spot. Hotel has the right to charge direct to your personal account.
    5. The room occupancy is for 2 adult or 2 adult plus 1 child under 12 years old where can stay in sofa bed as an extra bed. However, for any additional children or adult stay in the same room will be charged an extra charge IDR 400.000 net/person for extra bed on spot.
    6. Extra bed is subject to availability bases.
    7. When staying during high season or peak season the surcharge will be applied.
    8. Minimum 3 nights stay required for the booking during peak season period.
    9. A compulsory dinner at cost IDR 1,800,000 per person will be applied for the stay overnight of New Year Eve 31 December 2017.

    The cancellation fee will be charged automatically when the cancellation is made within:
    During Low Season:

    • 5 days before arrival date up to no show will be charged one night room charge.

    During High Season:

    • 15 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • No show will be charged full (100%) of the total room reserved.

    During Peak Season:

    • 25 days before arrival date will be charged full (100%) of the total room reserved.
