    2. The rates are in IDR Currency net inclusive tax.
    3. Best Western Kuta Beach has determined that the official check in time is 14.00 pm, meanwhile the check out time is 12.00 pm.
    4. For any extension stay over than check out time, the hotel has the right to charge the additional fee for day use charge on spot. This charge will go direct to your personal account.
    5. When staying during high season or peak season the surcharge will be applied automatically.
    6. Baby cot is free. However, it will be subject to availability upon request.

    • 10 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • No show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.

    High Season:

    • 17 days before arrival date will be charged one night room charge.
    • 3 days before arrival date up to no show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.

    Peak Season:

    • 35 days before arrival date will be charged one three (3) nights room charge.
    • 5 days before arrival date up to no show or shorten stay will be charged a full (100%) from the total number of room reserved.
