As usual other Tree Khayangan Temples in Bali, Batuan Temple is used to worship to the god for the villagers of Batuan. This temple ceremony is gradually conducted every six month according to the Balinese calendar where entire local people will come to this temple to worship to the god. This temple is located in Batuan Village, Sukawati District and Gianyar Regency. It is just 25 minutes away from Denpasar City or just a step from Celuk Village.
