Clothing and Footwear

  • All participants must ensure to dress appropriately and BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK. It advises all participants to wear clothing appropriate for sport activities and the weather conditions and which they do not mind getting damaged. Comfortable, loose fitting casual clothing is best In particular the following restrictions shall apply:
    • Participants may not undertake the Activities in sandals.
    • Mountains sandals are acceptable and Sport shoes are advisable.
    • We strongly discourage wearing jewelry or sunglasses
    • Long hair must be tied back.
    • Waists must be covered.
  • BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items of persons resulting from participation in the Activities.
  • Participants must dress appropriately (see article 2.1). Therefore, BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities to any participants who is not appropriately dressing.

Clean Up

BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK is situated inside a protected natural area, Bedugul Botanical Gardens. We ask the customers to keep BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK’s area and public spaces CLEAN.

Safety

  • All participants must reasonably fit and healthy with a minimum height of arm raised up of 1 m and 30 cm. It is at least 4 years old and must weigh less than 120 kg. Therefore, we will not allow anyone who does not meet these requirements to undertake the Activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party meet these requirements.
  • Because of the safety reasons, BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system.
  • Due to the physical nature of the Activities, we recommends that pregnant women should not take part in the activities.
  • Children under 14 years old can take part in the activities only if they are under the supervision of an adult and furthermore.

    Part-2

  • All participants will receive detailed safety training from an instructor. No participant will be allowed to continue around the Activities until he or she has demonstrated to the satisfaction of BALI TREETOP ADVENTURE PARK’s instructors that he or she is competent to do so.
  • The Activities are physically demanding and require a degree of agility, strength and stamina. If participants are in any doubt as to whether they should attempt the Activities.
  • If participants have medical concerns, hence they must consult with their doctor in advance.
  • All participants must act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other participants. We shall entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the activities in the event it deems the behavior of any participant unsuitable and furthermore.
